I want to do a lot of drama/acting this year. Improv is fun also.
I love the things we did last year. I think that we should do a production, meaning play/musical. That would be awesome and if we presented that, then people would be more interested in Forensics in the years to come.

It would be fun if we could do improv or charades or anything that has to do with drama.
I think that we should do something that will help us with for forensics, like doing a multiple of skits during the year

I want to do more writing competitions and I also want to do more drama this year. Also if we could I would want to read more this year.I also want to imporve our writnig skills.
I think we should do more drama this year. Since last year we were still figuring everything out, and didn’t know what to do in the competition very well, I think we should come up with new ideas based on what we already know/ learned last year. Maybe we will do better this year. Hopfully we will beat byrd and moody.

We could list all the good and bad things about forensics, and then let them choose for themselves. List how it can help them in the future.

We could brainstorm some good and bad things about forensics then we could find out all the things everyone wants.Then we could on field things related to those things.
Go to Core classes and explain to them what forensics is all about
We should bring snacks like:
Chips
Soda
Baked Goods
I think we should do fund raisers, and use the money to have a pizza party. My dad could come in and be a guest speaker. He could talk about drama.

What about a car wash, or a bake sale for halloween?
I think to get more members, we should put it on the announcments. I think the theme should be butterflies. I think every meeting,someone different should bring a snack. I don’t know any field trip places to go. A good guest speaker would be a drama teacher from a high school.
A good idea for a fundraiser would be a bake sale.
For snacks, I would bring my Vanilla Munchies. Also cookies… Anything with sugar will work.
For field trips, lets go to the Fine Arts Museum and go to other places. We could also go to the Clay Center, which is a creative place in West Virginia.
People to come in… I HAVE NO IDEA!!!! Nobody in my family would fit that category.
Fund Raising would be fun! I don’t care what we do.

I think that Forensics will be a time to get to know each other, learn drama acts or skits, learn to express yourslef in many ways, take part in compertions, and have fun.I would like to see us learn differnet ways of frienship and learn new things. We can get others to join by puttting posater in the hallway, and make fun announcements in the morning, and show them what forensics is really about. I think that our theme this year should be FRIENDSHIP! Snacks can be fun and cute like cheese crakes, pizza bites,popcorn etc. Fieldtrips might include downtown pays or local plays. we can come up with small skits and plays. For funraising we can do skits and tell people what forensics is about and etc.
I think we should go to like a field trip to:
a. Museum of Fine Arts
b. Baltimore Aquarium
c. Skate Nation
Pick which one that u want please.
we could go to Broadway during a holiday week off
We should put up posters all around the school and send an announcement to the main office to say in the begining of the day for people to hear.
For a theme we should use a play-book

I think that instead of spending the money on food, I REALLY think that drama needs some new props, b/c last yr,frankly,they had some REALLY poor props:)
We should do more acting and improv as apposed to speaking and reciting. Poetry is cool too.
I’m getting pretty bored of writing and poetry from doing it through middle school.Also, drama and acting is what a lot of ppl like to do instead of just talking infront of ppl.

I think that Kayla’s idea about car washing and a bake sale is awsome
I think it sounds like everyone is around the same idea of doing more acting and drama.
In addition to the fundraisers,I think that we should hold plays,like Deep Run, and charge like $5.00 per ticket, and do car washes charging about $10.00 for a normal car wash,and $15.00 for a waxing. we should also do bake sales. My mom can make some BIG brownies. Like the size of your fist and those would sell for at LEAST $1.00.

If you talk to core classes and talk about Forensics, or when you make any kind of poster or announcement, DO NOT TELL THEM ABOUT THE FOOD. OR ELSE IT WILL TURN OUT LIKE READING FIESTA-THEY HAD TONS OF PEOPLE BECASE THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE FOOD. Because while that could get you lots of new members, they would just goof off and not pay attention. They wouldn’t want to do anything but EAT ALL THE FOOD!!! AndI know that is NOt what you want. So don’t tell them untill they join. ALSO, I think that you should do more drama, like plays and lots of acting. I always get stage fright when I’m reading poetry, but when I’m acting, I just seem to be less afraid. We should do a bake sale.

Scary Things
Late at night when you are sleeping, that’s when creatures coma a creeping. To your house these creatures slither making sounds that make you shiver.
Scratching on your window pane Whispering your own first name. Tapping on the nearest door, creaking stairs and floors and more.
Making you sit up in bed or pull the covers o’er your head. And while you sit there filled with fear, you wish that Grampa Bob was here!
